Mundial Comercio de Presentes Ltda opened its doors on Rua Rodolfo Miranda in 2011 to serve a very specific customer: the shopkeeper, the seamstress, the small-town retailer travelling to São Paulo to buy in volume.
Bom Retiro has been Brazil's wholesale district for more than a century. We chose the neighborhood because the neighborhood makes the work possible — suppliers within walking distance, freight companies on every corner, and buyers who arrive knowing exactly what they need.
Today we carry a broad catalog of haberdashery items and general merchandise, all sold under the same principle: fair pricing, reliable stock, and personal service at the counter. We are not a marketplace. We are a store with an address, a phone that gets answered, and a name on the door.
